What Is Honey Processed Coffee?

Bone Yard Brew embraces the subtleties of the Honey Process + White Coffee, two methods known for its rarity and complexity. After harvesting, the coffee cherries are carefully hand-picked, and rather than fully removing the fruit like in other processes, they are partially dried with the succulent pulp intact. This results in a hauntingly delightful sweetness, accentuated by subtle hints of honey and floral undertones that will send shivers down your spine.
Each batch of Bone Yard Brew is hand-roasted with meticulous precision, ensuring every bean unleashes its fullest potential.

What is White Coffee?

White coffee is a unique and distinct type of coffee that has gained popularity in recent years. Contrary to what its name suggests, white coffee is not actually white in color. Instead, it is named so because of the pale yellow or light brown hue it takes on during the roasting process.
What sets white coffee apart is the way it is roasted. Unlike traditional dark roasted coffees, white coffee undergoes a minimal roasting process. Typically, coffee beans are roasted until they turn dark and release their oils, resulting in the rich and deep flavors commonly associated with coffee. However, in the case of white coffee, the beans are only roasted for a short period at lower temperatures.
Due to the brief roasting time, white coffee maintains a milder and less acidic character compared to regular coffees. It possesses a naturally nutty and toasty flavor profile, with hints of grains and lemon. The shorter roasting process also means that white coffee contains a higher caffeine content compared to its darker counterparts, as less caffeine is burned off during roasting.
